After spending the first few years on the farm splitting time between working in food & events in London, helping milk the cows and raising their sons, Eloise started to look for opportunities to put her own stamp on farm life.

Unfold is a collection of farm stays set in the Cotswolds. We're passionate about sharing our beautiful farm, which is why we've created a range of nature stays that offer the perfect escape. Our shepherd's huts and woodland cabin, each with a private hot tub, promise a truly special retreat all year round.

We are excited to start work with farmers to offer Unfold stays on other equally beautiful sites, watch this space for new cabins in new locations.
